Product Details

We agonise over the details and photography on our website. Despite this, some products may vary slightly from their pictures and descriptions.

Each device displays colours differently, and fabrics may have slightly different shades between batches, so we cannot guarantee that the colour will exactly match the images on the website, or previous orders therefore please consider images of the products on our website to be for illustrative purposes only.

All sizes, weights, capacities, dimensions and measurements indicated on our website have a 2% tolerance.

Fabric may shrink by 5-10% after the first wash, depending on the type of fabric brought.


For clarity we display our fabric prices in both half metre and full metre, this is to ensure you can see clearly how much our fabrics will cost. Each unit ordered is in a half metre, but don’t worry, our website clearly displays next to the quantity the total length you’re ordering.

Fabric will be sent in one continuous length where possible, so if you order 2 metres of one fabric, it will be cut as one whole piece. If due to current stock this is not possible, we’ll contact you and ask if you would like to continue the order, wait for the fabric to come in on backorder or cancel.


We’re currently partnering exclusively with PayPal to process our payments. PayPal is a trusted global brand and payment processer, and they know their stuff when it comes to securely processing your payment information!

This also gives you an added level of protection if you are not happy with your order. Please always contact us first if you have any issues, but if we do end up being a bunch of swashbuckling pirates then PayPal’s got you covered.

Placing an order

Once you’ve placed your order and we’ve received payment we’ll leap into action and get to work preparing your order. If you’ve created an account with us, not only will you be on our Christmas card list but even better you’ll be able to see how we’re getting on.

Your order will go through 5 different statuses (stati?):
Ordered -> Paid -> Processing -> Shipped -> Delivered
We don’t want to constantly pester you – so we’ll drop you a note twice during the process – once to confirm your order has been received and paid, and again once we’ve popped it in the post.

Acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and us will take place at the point of which we move your order into the “Processing” stage. At this point we will be cutting your fabric and that’s really hard to undo.

If for any reason we are not able to accept your order, we will inform you of this via a confirmation email. Any payments that have been made to us already will be automatically refunded as per our returns policy.

Reasons for us not accepting an order could include, but is not limited to, items being out of stock, unexpected limits on our resources which could not be reasonably planned for, an error being identified in the description, price or promotion of the product or because we are unable to meet a delivery deadline required.


We want you to receive your orders as quickly as possible so we will always aim to have your order processed within 2-3 working days. If you have an urgent need for your order then drop us an email and we will do what we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible. We can not take any responsibility if an order is not received by a particular date if you have not communicated this with us. We reserve the right to cancel an order if we feel we can not meet a deadline required by you.

Shipping in the UK will depend on the size of your order. Small parcels will be posted via royal mail but larger orders will be sent via courier.

We can ship worldwide so if you are outside of the UK then please contact us at [email protected] and we will obtain a quote for shipping.

Changing or cancelling an order

If for any reason you would like to change or cancel your order please contact us via email at [email protected] or alternatively message us via our facebook page.

If your order has not yet been shipped then we will be happy to amend the order for you. Once your order is showing as processing, we cannot guarantee that any changes can be made. If you are purchasing fabric from us – at this point, we will have begun to cut your fabric.

Should your fabric addiction take hold, and you want to add more to your order, before we’ve shipped – that’s no problem at all! Go ahead and place a second order and include a note with your first order number. We’ll work out the combined shipping costs and refund you the difference when we process your order.


As a small business we pride ourselves on offering exceptional customer service, your satisfaction is a priority. Buying fabrics online can be a little tricky and if you find the fabric is not exactly what you were expecting then please let us know and return your order within 14 days.

When returning to us;

  • Let us know that you’re returning your order by emailing [email protected]
  • Choose a postage method that provides proof of postage, will track your delivery and will deliver within the 14 day period
  • Ensure that the items you are returning are in the same condition they were received, fabrics must be uncut and unwashed.
  • Send returns back to our address shown at the top of this page.

Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so you will need to make sure they're packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way. We’ll be happy to refund the cost of postage if your return is due to a defective item or was damaged on delivery.


Refunds will be processed within 1-2 working days, any refunds will be processed via the payment method used when placing your order. Please note refunds can take up to 5 working days to reach you. If you haven’t received your refund then please contact us at [email protected].

Refunds will be issued excluding postage costs unless the goods are faulty or are not as described.
