We're Fabraholic, a small family-run business in Solihull, West Midlands. We search the world for the best-quality, most interesting fabric designs, and sell them by the half metre.
It all started with The Great British Sewing Bee. Lisa fell in love with the show, and before long a lot of fabric was arriving at our house, far more than we could ever sew. So we started selling the leftovers on our Facebook page to other fabric lovers and makers, and Fabraholic was born.
Since then we've become a little obsessed. We can't stop looking at the new designs from our suppliers, and we always want to make something with them. The trouble is, a project might need a metre or two, and fabric comes on a 10-metre bolt (or plans change and it never gets cut at all!). That's why we sell by the half metre: so you can buy exactly what you need, and don't end up with a fabric hoard like ours.
What we sell
We stock jersey, woven, sweat and French terry fabrics, plus ribbing, cuffs and the haberdashery to finish your makes. New fabrics arrive whenever a design catches our eye, which is often, so it's worth checking back.
How we work
Every order is cut by hand, in one continuous length wherever possible, and packed with care. We aim to have your order on its way within 2–3 working days.
Share your makes
We love seeing what you make. Share your projects with us on Facebook and we might feature them here.
