Buying fabric online can be a little tricky. If your order isn't quite what you expected, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it. Our full returns terms are in our Terms & Conditions.
How to return an item
- Email us at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the items you're returning.
- Pack the items carefully. They're your responsibility until they reach us.
- Send them using a tracked service with proof of postage, so they reach us within 14 days of you telling us.
- Post them to: Fabraholic Ltd, 211 Tilehouse Green Lane, Knowle, Solihull, B93 9EB.
What can be returned
- Items must be in the same condition you received them.
- Fabric must be uncut and unwashed. Please check your fabric before you wash or cut it.
- Haberdashery must be unused and, where it came in packaging, in its original packaging.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If something arrives faulty, damaged or isn't what you ordered, email us with your order number and a photo as soon as you can. We'll put it right with a replacement or a full refund, including delivery and the cost of returning it. You have at least 30 days from delivery to reject faulty goods for a full refund, and your legal rights continue after that.
Refunds
We'll process your refund within 1–2 working days of receiving your return, using the payment method you used to order. It can take up to 5 working days to reach you. If you haven't received it after that, email us at [email protected].
We'll refund the items, and your original standard delivery charge if you return your whole order. Return postage isn't refunded unless the item was faulty, damaged or not as described.
Cancellation form
You don't have to use this form, but if you'd like to, copy it into an email to [email protected] or post it to us.
